This section demonstrates various methods of interacting with users who need assistance: question
form, forum, techsupport.
The Ask Question form is powered by the Information Blocks module and published
using the Creation and editing form component (Content -> Add elements ->
Creation and editing form). This component is configured by setting the data source, editable
properties, access parameters etc.
The Forum page is created using the compound component Forum (Communication ->
Forum). The component is configured to not use SEF.
The Technical Support page uses the Helpdesk compound component (Services ->
Helpdesk). SEF is enabled and configured in such a way that a link in the address bar will
have the format of /site2/support/helpdesk/#ID#/.
